Additional disclaimers pertaining to our Ambassador program
RightWise Wealth’s Ambassador program is an affiliate community whereby individuals who are passionate about personal finance and financial advice can become credentialed representatives of our firm, deepen their knowledge of financial systems, share our firm’s services with people in their communities, and build side income from their passion.
RightWise takes protecting our clients very seriously, as well as creating an Ambassador program that prepares these individuals to be useful to the people they care about and to be compensated for their efforts.
RightWise Ambassadors undergo a rigorous process to be qualified for our program. This upfront training includes passing the Series 65 securities exam (or equivalent) and a rigorous series of criminal and professional background checks. Ambassadors are also provided with additional training on financial planning and investment management, as well as financial advisor business models, to support their role in serving our firm. Finally, ongoing membership in our program requires adherence to compliance guidelines and maintaining an active securities license.
While this program is not intended as employment, RightWise believes strongly in compensating people for their efforts. If you sign as a client after an introduction from one of our Ambassadors – whether immediately or later – that Ambassador will receive a bonus to thank them for the introduction, so long as they are still active in our program at the time you sign. The price you are charged for our services is never higher because of any payment made to an Ambassador. Ambassadors who are full members of our program receive benefits including no-cost financial planning consulting and investment management from our firm, access to our training programs and monthly calls, and incidental meals, accommodation or other costs associated with their training. RightWise also reimburses Ambassadors for costs associated with maintaining their licenses.
Ambassadors who are in training for our program may share our marketing materials without financial compensation today, should you or anyone they refer sign as a client. We believe that the total value of our program, prior to licensing and without any financial compensation, is of de minimis value (less than $1,000 annually.) However, if you or anyone referred by an Ambassador signs as a client at any point and the Ambassador is subsequently licensed by our firm, we will pay that Ambassador a bonus to thank them for their introduction to you, backdated to the time that you signed. RightWise is careful to only compensate individuals where it is compliant to do so, and we invest heavily in a rigorous compliance program to support that objective.
If you have any questions about our Ambassador program or how it may affect our relationship with you as a potential client, please do not hesitate to reach out to our firm. We value transparency and would be glad to discuss any element of this program.
