This article — and its sequels — have lit up company Slack channels; they’ve prompted so many DMs and emails. I've even had friends tell me it's circulated in their group chats, shared by people with no discernible connection to my firm.
I'm so happy to now adapt, expand and update this series of posts into a printed book.

Depending on the edition you receive, the book is about 50 pages, though they’re small pages; I used to be a management consultant some pages feel like slides.
